What are essential oils?

Are all essential oils the same?

No. Essential oils vary vastly in quality and sourcing models. Most essential oils on the market are synthticly enhanced to serve the purpose of being a perfume or fragrance. These often have adverse, toxic health ramifications. Do not be misled by false labels that say 100% pure as they are quite frequently not in fact pure essential oils and have fillers or carrier oils. Be sure to work with a company that sources from indiginous regions, uses organic/no pesticide or herbicide growing practices, thoroughly tests their oils, offers you transperancy and verification of your oils purity GC/MS, has a scientific focused reputation, follows international guidelines and FDA requirements for sourcing and saftey. What can they be used for?

How do I learn how to use them safely?

Essential oils can be prudently utilized by the whole family. A few necessary guidelines are important so that you can be confident of using oils efficiently and effectively. Be sure to join our email list for our current webinars on essential oil applications or reach out to recieve a personal consultation with a member of our oils team - including certifed aromatheropists, clinical phycoligists, moms with years of experience and medical professionals.

**If you are experincing an adverse reaction to an essential oil, dilute immedeatly with a carrier oil (olive oil, coconut oil, or other lipid based oil) and stop using oil. Do not flush with water as this will cause more irritation.

Why use them in prayer?

Using essential oils in prayer is an ancient and biblical practice. Not only are the chemical families helpful in stimulating certain calming and focusing outcomes, but helping to associate prayer with beautiful aroma helps train our bodies and minds to turn to prayer more naturally over time. Are they new age?

While many companies and individuals use essential oils in new age practices, they are in and over themselves perfectly natural and acceptable for Catholics to use to enhance wellness, support mood and behavior and support family prayer.

How are essential oils different from Sacraments?

Sacramental oils have been consecrated by the bishop for use in Sacramental practices. They contain essential oils mixed with olive oil. Essential oils should not be used as anointing oils unless consecrated for this purpose explicitly by a priest. We recommend that you ask a well formed Catholic priest for guidance in this area.

Should I have my oils blessed?

We recommend that you bless your oils as you do your food before regular use in your home and wellness efforts. Consult a solidly formed Catholic priest about whether or not he will bless oils for you to use to anoint your own family members.

What oils do you use in the rosary blends?

We have four robust and unique blends that we promote for the use with prayer of the rosary. These blends are of the highest therapeutic quality available.

The Joyful Blend: Spruce, Frankincense Resin, Blue Tansy Flower, Blue Chamomile Flower, and Osmanthus Flower essential oils in a base of Fractionated Coconut Oil.

The Luminous Blend: Wild Orange Peel, Lemon Peel, Grapefruit Peel, Mandarin Peel, Bergamot Peel, Tangerine Peel, Clementine Peel essential oils and Vanilla Bean Absolute, in a base of Fractionated Coconut Oil.

The Sorrowful Blend: Spruce Leaf, Bergamot Peel, Juniper Berry Fruit, Myrrh Resin, Arborvitae Wood, Nootka Tree Wood, Thyme Leaf, Citronella Herb, in a base of Fractionated Coconut Oil.

The Glorious Blend: Lavender Flower, Cedarwood, Ho Wood Leaf, Ylang Ylang Flower, Marjoram Leaf, Roman Chamomile Flower, Vetiver Root, Vanilla Bean Absolute, Hawaiian Sandalwood in a base of Fractionated Coconut Oil.

Can anyone pray the rosary?

The Prayer of the Rosary is a rich and long standing Christian tradition. Both Catholics and non-Catholics alike have found deep blessing through this prayer. It is first and foremost a reflection on the life of Christ and how we can imitate him in the spirit of His Blessed Mother who walked so closely with Him through His life. How do I place oils on my aromaRosaries?

Simply drop 1 to 2 drops of essential oil in the palm of your hand and massage over the surface of your rosary paying close attention to massage into the lava rock. Essential oils are very strong and over time can deteriorate even the most robust metals and ceramics. Avoid applying too much essential oil at anyone time. Our rosaries should support daily application. IF you choose to use oils other than the ones provided, we can not guarantee outcomes as most oils on the market today contain adulterations and additives that can effect the life of the rosary and your health.

These seem awefully pricey, why?

These rosaries are of the highest quality, made out of semi-precious stones, solid bronze medals and quality fittings that are designed to withstand the potency and use of essential oils. As far as oils are concerned, quality oils are more expensive than knock off oils. We are animate that the oils we use and promote will not contribute to the toxic insult your family already experiences in everyday living. We hope to provide a support to your wellness and health care approaches by educating you on the best essential oils practices. This is an added value that comes from working with us. Where do you ship?

We ship USA. If you live somewhere else and desire one of our rosaries, please contact us and we will see what we can do for you.

We have a high demand for our rosaries, so sometimes there can be a 1 week or more wait. Please be patient and we will get your rosary to you as soon as possible. We want you to be able to pray with it soon! For all out-of-country orders, I cannot guarantee a timeline. Once a rosary has left the United States, the rosary is in the hands of your country's customs. This wait can take over a month. If your rosary has not arrived by 45 days after it was shipped, please contact us.

How long is your turnaround?

We are a small hand made opporation and opporate with small inventory margins, in heavy demand sesons, we often need 10 days turn around time. In most instances, you should receive your order with in the week of ordering.
